Spicy chicken wings - Chicken wings make a tasty and very inexpensive dish. Serve three or four as an individual tapa or place a bowlful on the table for people to dig in - they are great for party food. You can, of course, adjust the seasonings to make them more or less spicy.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss thoroughly to ensure the chicken wings are evenly coated in the marinade. Allow to marinate in the 'fridge, covered, for at least a couple of hours or ideally, overnight.
Pre-heat the oven to hot. Space the wings out on a baking tray (to allow them to cook evenly) and cook in the oven for around twenty minutes, or until they are thoroughly cooked through and golden.
