Tuna steak with onions & green peppers in white wine - Tuna is a firm-fleshed fish which lends itself to pan-cooking as it does not have a tendency to break up. It does not require much time, so be careful not to overcook it.

In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onions for a few minutes, turning occasionally.
Add the green pepper and garlic and continue frying until the pepper is cooked and the onions are soft and beginning to caramelize.
Add the tuna pieces and cook for a couple of minutes, turning occasionally.
Add the white wine and pimentón to the pan. Stir carefully to mix.
Reduce the wine until you are left with a thick sauce and serve.
