Mushrooms with bacon - this is one of those dishes which is greater than the sum of its parts. Simple Spanish cooking that always pleases.

 250 g Mushrooms, button or chestnutsliced
 3 Rashers of Back Baconchopped
 2 Cloves of Garliccrushed
 1 tsp Pimentón Dulce (mild smoked paprika)
 1 pinch of Dried Parsley
 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the mushrooms and bacon.

Stir gently and continue to sauté until browned, then add the garlic and pimentón.

Stir until combined, then cook for a minute or so, add the parsley and serve.
